September 1, 2026 – Fort Lauderdale, Florida – GA Telesis, a global leader in integrated aviation services, announced the expansion of its MRO Services composite repair operations as part of its ongoing investment in advanced repair technologies, operational excellence, and customer support.

The MRO Services Group growth initiative’s focus is to support the next generation narrowbody and widebody platforms.  The expansion includes significant investments in new equipment, enhanced operational capabilities, and the hiring of additional personnel to support future growth. This strategic investment strengthens the company’s ability to meet its evolving customer requirements, broaden its service offerings, and reinforce its position as a leading provider of composite repair solutions – while continuing to deliver the exceptional quality, turnaround times, and customer service for which it is known.

“As aircraft technologies continue to evolve, so must our capabilities,” said Pastor Lopez, President of MRO Services for GA Telesis. “This expansion is a strategic investment in the future of our composite business. It enables us to introduce new repair technologies, optimize production flow, and continue delivering the high-quality workmanship, responsiveness, and reliability our customers have come to expect.”

The expanded operation has been designed to meet the demands of next generation aircraft, improve production efficiency, support the introduction of expanded repair capabilities, while providing greater flexibility across a broad range of composite aerostructures, including nacelles, flight control surfaces, radomes, fairings, and other advanced composite assemblies. The investment also supports the company’s ongoing initiatives in employee development, advanced technical training, and process innovation, ensuring GA Telesis remains at the forefront of composite repair solutions for current and next-generation aircraft platforms.

“Our focus has always been on staying ahead of our customers’ future requirements,” Lopez added. “By investing today, GA Telesis’s MRO Services is creating an even stronger foundation for innovation, technical excellence, and long-term partnership.”
