GA Telesis Strengthens Next Generation Aircraft Aftermarket Dominance with First Boeing 737 MAX 8 Disassembly Program

October 15, 2026 – Fort Lauderdale, FL — GA Telesis, LLC (“GAT”), a global leader in integrated aviation solutions and aircraft lifecycle management, announced its first Boeing 737 MAX 8 aircraft disassembly program, accelerating GA Telesis’s aggressive expansion to dominate the next-generation commercial aircraft aftermarket.

Following its announcement earlier this week involving a LEAP-powered Airbus A320neo, this latest initiative reinforces GA Telesis’ strategy to establish a commanding position in supplying next-generation used serviceable material (USM) for the world’s two dominant narrowbody aircraft families.

While much of the aviation aftermarket remains focused on supporting aging aircraft fleets, GA Telesis is moving decisively also to address the material requirements of tomorrow’s fleet today. With global airlines facing persistent supply chain constraints, extended OEM delivery lead times, and rising maintenance costs, the company is accelerating the introduction of high-quality, traceable USM from newer-generation aircraft into the global aftermarket.

The Boeing 737 MAX 8 disassembly program will introduce a high-demand portfolio of components, including avionics, flight controls, landing gear equipment, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, nacelle components, and other critical assemblies. These assets will be integrated into GA Telesis’ extensive global distribution network, providing airlines and maintenance organizations with additional supply alternatives for a rapidly expanding installed fleet.

“This is not simply another aircraft disassembly. It is part of a deliberate strategy to reshape the aftermarket for the next generation of commercial aircraft,” said Nigel Christie, Managing Director of GA Telesis UK Ltd. ” We are challenging a business model that has traditionally waited for aircraft to reach maturity before developing meaningful secondary material supply. Our objective is clear: to establish GA Telesis as a leading independent source of aftermarket support for both the Boeing 737 MAX and Airbus A320neo families.”

The program leverages GA Telesis’ vertically integrated Ecosystem™, which combines aircraft acquisition, asset management, disassembly, technical records management, component repair, inventory financing, and global distribution. Unlike traditional aircraft dismantlers, GA Telesis has extensive in-house MRO capabilities, enabling it to inspect, repair, overhaul, and return a wide range of recovered components to service through its worldwide repair network.

The Boeing 737 MAX 8 program also underscores GA Telesis’ conviction that next-generation aircraft will require a fundamentally different approach to aftermarket support. As the Boeing 737 NG and MAX families, together with the Airbus A320ceo and A320neo families, operate concurrently for years to come, airlines will face increasingly complex inventory requirements across multiple aircraft generations. GA Telesis is positioning its global infrastructure, technical capabilities, and capital resources to meet this evolving demand at scale.

By adding the Boeing 737 MAX 8 alongside its Airbus A320neo initiative, GA Telesis is showing that the next-generation aftermarket is no longer a future opportunity. It is a market the company is actively developing today.

Through continued strategic investment, aircraft acquisitions, expanded repair capabilities, and its global distribution infrastructure, GA Telesis intends to remain at the forefront of the industry’s transition toward more efficient, sustainable, and economically competitive aircraft lifecycle management.
