GA Telesis Expands Global Distribution Footprint With New USM Processing Center in Port St. Lucie, Florida

September 23, 2026 – Port St. Lucie, Florida — GA Telesis, LLC, a global leader in integrated aviation and aerospace services, announced the expansion of its distribution operations with the opening of a new used serviceable material (USM) processing center in Port St. Lucie, Florida.
The new facility is being established to meet unprecedented growth across both GA Telesis’ used serviceable material and new parts distribution businesses. The expansion will create employment opportunities in St. Lucie County while further defining the roles of the company’s facilities within its global distribution network.
The Port St. Lucie operation will serve principally as a dedicated USM processing center. The facility will receive, document, evaluate, and prepare components recovered from aircraft and engine disassembly projects for dispatch to approved maintenance, repair, and overhaul facilities. Following repair or overhaul, serviceable components will be positioned at GA Telesis global distribution centers to support airlines, lessors and MRO customers.
GA Telesis’ primary distribution center in Ft. Lauderdale, FL, along with its Europe and Asia locations, will remain the central hub for distribution of customer requirements for new and serviceable aviation material. Separating USM processing from the company’s principal distribution activities will allow each operation to perform a more specialized function while increasing throughput, improving material flow and shortening the time required to move components through the repair and distribution cycle.
GA Telesis is currently dismantling a record number of aircraft and engines as airlines and lessors respond to changing fleet requirements and growing demand for cost-effective, immediately available replacement material. The company’s recent disassembly projects include next-generation aircraft such as the Airbus A320neo and Boeing 737 MAX 8, further expanding its inventory of material supporting some of the world’s fastest-growing commercial aircraft fleets.

The Port St. Lucie investment extends GA Telesis’ operating footprint across South Florida, creating a growing aviation and aerospace corridor that spans from St. Lucie County through Broward County and south to Miami-Dade County. This regional presence includes distribution, aircraft component processing, maintenance, repair and overhaul operations, corporate functions, and other aviation services supporting customers around the world.
As part of the GA Telesis Ecosystem™, the Port St. Lucie facility will connect aircraft and engine disassembly, component processing, MRO management and global material distribution through a more efficient operating structure. This integrated approach is designed to maximize the value recovered from aviation assets while improving the speed and reliability with which material is returned to the market.
The expansion also supports the aviation industry’s growing reliance on USM. Returning serviceable components to operation can provide airlines and MROs with a cost-effective alternative to newly manufactured parts, improve material availability during periods of extended OEM lead times, and reduce the need to manufacture replacement components.
