GA Telesis Announces Asset Transactions for Q2 and Q3 2013

December 17, 2013 – Fort Lauderdale, FL – GA Telesis, LLC announced its asset transactions for the second and third quarters of 2013. The company acquired the following assets: one 737-800, one 757‑200, two 777-200ERs, one 747-400, one 737-700 and three CF6-80C2B engines. The company also added three Airbus A320-200s, one 757-200, two 767-200ERs, two 747-400s, one CFM56-5B engine, and two additional Rolls Royce Trent 800 engines to its lease portfolio.

An additional 737-800, 747-400, nine CF34-3 engines, one CFM56-5C, three PW4400 engines, two CF6‑80A engines, one CFM56-5A1, one CFM56-5B3, one CF6-80C2B1F, one PW4077, five JT8D-219s, one 737-800 component lease pool, and one 777-200ER component lease pool, were also leased or sold in that period. There are several additional acquisition, sale and lease agreements in place that will close in in the fourth quarter and announced in due course.
