GA Telesis Expands Distribution Strategy with Appointment of Lisa DePinto as Vice President, OEM & Distribution

March 19, 2026 — Fort Lauderdale, FL — GA Telesis, LLC (“GAT”), a global leader in integrated aviation services, today announced the appointment of Lisa DePinto as Vice President of OEM & Distribution. In this role, DePinto will help drive the company’s expanding global distribution strategy and further strengthen its ability to deliver comprehensive material support solutions to airlines, MRO providers, and aviation operators worldwide.

DePinto brings more than 25 years of experience across aviation distribution, sales leadership, OEM relationships, and supply chain management. Throughout her career, she has led high-performing teams and managed large-scale distribution operations, including oversight of a $200 million distribution division serving regional and business aviation as well as defense customers.

She will oversee global material and OEM parts distribution programs, helping to enhance supply chain performance and ensure customers have reliable access to the components and materials required to support their operations.
