GA Telesis Announces the Closing of its First JOLCO Transaction, Enhancing Capital Structure and Global Reach

August 5, 2025 – Fort Lauderdale, Florida – GA Telesis, LLC (“GAT”), the pioneering leader in integrated aviation services, has closed its first Japanese Operating Lease with Call Option (“JOLCO”) transaction, marking a significant milestone in GA Telesis’ growth and capital strategy.

The transaction involved the lease of an IAE V2500 Engine to a major US Airline, supported by a Japanese equity investor with Tokyo Century Corporation acting as arranger. This JOLCO structure enhances financing flexibility and provides a long-term, tax-efficient solution. This milestone for GA Telesis’ LIFT (Leasing, Investment, Finance & Trading) Division marks a step forward in GAT’s ability to deploy diverse financing structures across its portfolio.
