August 2008 – GA Telesis Announces the Acquisition of One (1) Airbus A300B4-603 (MSN 391) Widebody Aircraft Equipped with General Electric CF6-80C2 Engines from Deutsche Lufthansa Aktiengesellschaft (“Lufthansa”)

Ft. Lauderdale, FL & Bournemouth, England - GA Telesis and its affiliate GA Telesis, UK Ltd. announced that they have acquired one (1) Airbus A300B4-603 aircraft from Lufthansa. The aircraft will enter the GA Telesis disassembly production line in the United Kingdom, and the disassembly and remarketing will be led by GA Telesis, UK in cooperation with the GA Telesis Aircraft Systems Group (“ASG”) and Turbine Engine Group (“TEG”), respectively.

The aircraft will be dismantled by an Aircraft Fleet Recycling Association (“AFRA”) accredited company, on behalf of GA Telesis. AFRA-accredited companies use processes that encompass the industry’s best practices in an environmentally- responsible manner and through strict environmental controls and recycling planning.

Bournemouth, United Kingdom - GA Telesis UK announced that it successfully passed its audit by QMI and its quality system is now certified to AS9120:2002; the highest level of organizational and quality assurance certification standard available for aerospace companies.

Based on ISO 9001, AS9120 includes additional aerospace-specific requirements that are identified within the body of the standard. This new standard enables organizations to easily identify where core aerospace requirements exist within ISO 9001. AS9120 requires control of “key characteristics” as identified internally within the company or externally by a customer. September 2007 - GA Telesis Provides over $32,000 in Charitable Gifts to Kids in Distress and His House Children’s Home and the Noely V. Tovar Charitable Trust.

June 2007 - GA Telesis Announces Significant Capital Raise

Ft. Lauderdale, FL – GA Telesis, LLC ("GAT"), today announced that Global Principal Finance Company, LLC (GPFC), a wholly owned subsidiary of Merrill Lynch & Co., Inc., has taken a minority stake in GAT for an undisclosed sum. The investment is part of a larger capital raise of GAT which includes new debt facilities to support its continued growth in aircraft and jet engine ownership and leasing, parts re-distribution and other strategic initiatives. The existing management team will remain with the company.

December 14, 2006 - GA Telesis Appoints David Daughters Managing Director of GA Telesis, Ltd. UK

Ft. Lauderdale, FL - GA Telesis named David Daughters Managing Director of its new United Kingdom based distribution and operations center in Bournemouth, England commencing January 2, 2007.
