April 2010 – GA Telesis UK Announces the Addition of Another Airbus A320-200 Aircraft
Bournemouth, United Kingdom - GA Telesis UK Ltd. announced that it has added another Airbus A320-200 (MSN 128) to its inventory. The ex-Air France aircraft was returned recently removed from service and was flown to the United Kingdom.
The aircraft will enter the GA Telesis disassembly production line in the United Kingdom, and the disassembly and remarketing will be led by GA Telesis, UK in cooperation with the GA Telesis Aircraft Systems Group (“ASG”) and Turbine Engine Group (“TEG”), respectively.
The aircraft will be dismantled by an Aircraft Fleet Recycling Association (“AFRA”) accredited company, on behalf of GA Telesis. AFRA-accredited companies use processes that encompass the industry’s best practices in an environmentally- responsible manner and through strict environmental controls and recycling planning.

The aircraft will enter the GA Telesis disassembly production line in the United Kingdom, and the disassembly and remarketing will be led by GA Telesis, UK in cooperation with the GA Telesis Aircraft Systems Group (“ASG”) and Turbine Engine Group (“TEG”), respectively.

The aircraft will remain on long-term lease to Royal Jordanian Airlines.

January 2007 – GA Telesis Announces the Acquisition of One (1) Boeing 737-300 Aircraft
Ft. Lauderdale, FL - GA Telesis announced that, in participation with Global Principal Finance Company LLC, it has purchased one (1) Boeing 737-300 aircraft from CIT Aerospace. The aircraft bearing serial number 23237 is currently on lease to US Airways through 2007.
